# Results Presentation Outline

Use this outline to present the results of your agentic department to partners, investors, a board or your team. Ten slides or fewer. Every number must trace back to your AI ROI Calculator, adoption scorecard or another file you can show.

Before you start, fill these three lines:

- Audience: ______________________ (partners, investors, board, team)
- What they care about most: ______________________ (profit, risk, scale, workload, jobs)
- The one decision I want at the end: ______________________

## Slide 1. The ask, up front

Title idea: "What we did, what it returned, and what I am asking for."
Content: one sentence on the result, one sentence on the ask.
Speaker notes prompt: say the decision you want in the first 30 seconds so everyone listens with it in mind.

## Slide 2. The business problem

Content: the work that was eating the team's time before, in business terms. Hours per week, delays, errors, missed follow-ups. No AI words on this slide.
Speaker notes prompt: tell one short story of a week that went wrong because of this problem.

## Slide 3. What we built

Content: your AI org chart on one slide. Specialist agents, the main skills, the scheduled routines. Keep it visual and simple.
Speaker notes prompt: explain it as a department with roles, not as technology.

## Slide 4. How we kept it safe

Content: the approval gates (nothing sent, paid or deleted without a person saying yes), data rules from your AI use policy, and who is accountable.
Speaker notes prompt: answer the risk question before anyone asks it.

## Slide 5. Before and after: one real story

Content: one concrete task, before and after. Minutes per run, runs per month, quality.
Speaker notes prompt: use a real example from your team, with their permission and their name if they are happy to be credited.

## Slide 6. The numbers

Content: a small table from the AI ROI Calculator.

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Total monthly cost (software, usage, supervision) | |
| Hours saved per month | |
| Net monthly gain | |
| Payback period | |
| Annual ROI | |

Label estimates as estimates. Keep hard gains and soft gains separate.
Speaker notes prompt: explain how you measured, in one sentence, so people trust the method.

## Slide 7. What did not work

Content: the agent or routine you switched off or fixed, and why. What it taught you.
Speaker notes prompt: this is the slide that builds trust. Do not rush it.

## Slide 8. Team adoption

Content: adoption rate, average confidence, one quote from a team member. Skip this slide if you are solo and replace it with your delegation plan.
Speaker notes prompt: mention who became a champion and what they improved.

## Slide 9. The next 90 days

Content: the three phases (stabilize, expand, scale), the three next use cases and the expected gain.
Speaker notes prompt: connect the plan directly to the ask.

## Slide 10. The decision

Content: repeat the ask with the specifics: budget, people, scope, timeline, and the date you will report back.
Speaker notes prompt: stop talking after the ask and let them respond.

## Prompts to use with Claude

Draft the deck:

```
Using this Results Presentation Outline, my AI ROI Calculator, the adoption scorecard and our AI use policy (attached), draft a 10-slide results presentation for [audience]. The ask is [decision]. Use only numbers from these files, label estimates as estimates, include one slide on what did not work, and write speaker notes for each slide.
```

Rehearse the hard questions:

```
Act as the most skeptical person in [audience]. You have just seen this presentation. Ask me the 10 toughest questions about cost, risk, data privacy, dependence on one vendor and the real time the team spends supervising. After each of my answers, tell me if it would convince you and how to make it stronger.
```
