About me and AI

I run a marketing agency and other businesses. For years the work consumed me: hiring, training, managing, and arguing about things that did not matter. In 2026, when AI started doing real work on a computer, that changed.
Today my agency runs about half on AI agents. They create and run campaigns, build the reports and handle the busywork, while my small team spends its time on clients and creative work. I did not fire anyone. I trained the team to run the agents.
What I learned is simple: AI does not replace expertise, it multiplies it. Trained by people who know the business, one person can do the work of ten to twenty. And the system should belong to your company, not to an AI vendor.
That is why this site and the YouTube channel exist: to show business owners in the US and UK how to run a company with a human team and an AI team side by side.
