Turn a messy lead list into a prioritised call sheet
Take my list of leads (I'll paste it below). For each one, score how likely they are to buy from 1 to 10, give the single reason why, and write the first line of an outreach message that would actually get a reply. Sort everything so the hottest leads are at the top. Ask me anything you need before you start.- Paste your raw lead list right under the prompt (name, company, any notes).
- Answer the questions it asks so it scores on your real buying signals.
- Work the list top-down and send the opening line it drafted for each lead.
Revive a deal that went quiet
A prospect went silent after I sent a proposal. Write me three short follow-up messages, spaced a few days apart, that re-open the conversation without sounding desperate. Each one should give them a real reason to reply. Keep them under four sentences. Ask me for the context first.- Tell it what you sold, the price, and when they last replied.
- Pick the follow-up that fits your relationship and tone.
- Send them a few days apart instead of all at once.
