White Label CRM Branding: Put Your Client's Logo and Colors in the Subaccount
The CRM in the client's brand, prepared by your AI and applied only after you approve.

It turns a client's logo into a fully branded CRM subaccount: brand colors sampled from the logo, transparent logo variants, and scoped CSS that whites out the default agency look in that one account only.
Any AI assistant that can read a SKILL.md file (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex). No separate app, no subscription, and no API key. You keep working inside the tool you already use.
Works with
Brand the Subaccount is a white label CRM branding skill for GoHighLevel style platforms that your own AI assistant runs from a single SKILL.md file. Drop it in, point it at a client's logo, and it prepares everything needed to make one CRM subaccount look 100 percent like that client's brand: the exact colors sampled straight from the logo pixels, transparent logo versions that sit cleanly on a dark or light menu, and CSS scoped to that single subaccount so every other account stays untouched. It shows you a visual preview of the branded menu before anything goes live, and it never applies changes without your approval. If you resell CRM to clients and want each portal in the client's own brand instead of the default agency look, this is the fast, repeatable way to do it.
- Each client sees their own logo and colors in the CRM, not a generic agency theme
- Colors are sampled directly from the client's logo, so the brand match is exact, not close enough
- Branding is scoped to one subaccount, so your other client accounts stay exactly as they are
- You get a visual preview of the branded menu before anything is applied
- No design or coding skills required: the skill prepares the logo files and the CSS for you
- A repeatable process you can run for every new client in minutes instead of hours
- 1Drop the skill into your AI
Add the SKILL.md to Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. Nothing to install and no account to create. Your assistant reads it and knows how to brand a CRM subaccount.
- 2Give it the logo and the subaccount
Point the skill at the client's logo file and tell it which subaccount to brand (the subaccount ID from the CRM URL). If a brand color palette exists, you can pass it in; otherwise the skill samples the colors from the logo itself.
- 3It prepares the brand assets
The skill extracts the true background, accent, text, and contrast colors from the logo, then builds transparent logo variants (a white version for dark menus, a full color version for light menus), centered on a square canvas with breathing room so nothing gets stretched.
- 4It generates the scoped CSS
It writes CSS locked to that one subaccount, overriding the platform's own menu variables so the sidebar background, active item, hover, account card, text, and icons all pick up the brand. The default agency accent is fully removed from that account only.
- 5It shows you a preview
Before anything goes live, the skill produces a visual mock of the branded menu with the logo and the sampled colors in place, plus a legend of every color it chose, so you can confirm the look.
- 6It asks before applying
The skill pauses for your approval, showing the preview, the CSS block, and the target subaccount. It never applies changes on its own.
- 7You paste it in and confirm
You add the approved block to your platform's custom CSS, host the transparent logo, refresh the account, and check the result: the client's logo on top, brand colors throughout, zero leftover agency color, and every other account unchanged.
- Transparent logo variants (white for dark menus, full color for light menus), centered and sized to fit the CRM sidebar
- A palette of brand colors sampled from the logo: background, accent, item text, and contrast text
- Subaccount scoped CSS that rebrands the menu and removes the default agency accent from that account only
- A visual preview of the branded menu (HTML and image) with a color legend
- A ready to paste custom CSS block plus a short checklist to apply and verify it
Flat one or two color logo
For a simple logo the skill turns it white and sets a dark brand background, so the mark reads cleanly and the menu text and icons stay visible whether an item is selected or not.
Colored emblem or badge
For a detailed, multi color logo the skill keeps the original colors and picks a dark background that makes the emblem pop, instead of flattening it to a single color.
Light accent color
When the brand accent is a light tone, the skill automatically puts darker text and icons on the highlighted items so the active state stays readable instead of washing out.

What does the Brand the Subaccount skill do?
It brands one CRM subaccount with a client's logo and colors. It samples the exact brand colors from the logo, prepares transparent logo files, and writes CSS scoped to that single subaccount so it looks fully like the client's brand while your other accounts stay untouched.
Does it work with Claude, Cursor, and Codex?
Yes. It is a SKILL.md file, so it runs in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. Any AI assistant that can read a skill file can run it.
Do I need to install anything or pay for an API key?
No. There is no separate app, no subscription, and no API key. You drop the skill into the AI tool you already use and run it there.
Will branding one account change my other client accounts?
No. The CSS is scoped to a single subaccount by its ID, so the branding applies only to that account. Every other subaccount keeps its current look.
Do I need design or coding skills to use it?
No. The skill prepares the logo files, samples the colors, and writes the CSS for you. You review a visual preview, approve, then paste the block in and refresh. No design tool and no hand written CSS required.
Does it apply changes automatically?
No. It always shows you a preview of the branded menu and the CSS, and waits for your approval before anything goes live. You stay in control of what gets applied and where.
An AI skill is a small, reusable instruction file (a SKILL.md) that teaches an AI assistant to do one job well. Brand the Subaccount is exactly that: a Claude skill / AI agent skill you drop into your own assistant and run on demand, with no app, no subscription and no lock-in. You own the file forever.
It runs in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any assistant that reads a SKILL.md or a system prompt. Because it is just text, it is fully portable, and if it needs something to run, brand the subaccount asks you for it first instead of inventing.
