Your Opportunity Matrix and First Three Use Cases
Take the top 10 tasks from your Weekly Time Map and score them on impact, risk and ease. Choose your first three use cases, set an autonomy rung and a tool for each, and write your never-delegate list.
Download 01-opportunity-matrix.csv and 01-4ds-delegation-cheat-sheet.md.
Copy your top 10 tasks, hours and weekly cost from your Weekly Time Map.
Score each task from 1 to 5 on impact, risk and ease using the scale in the file.
Calculate the opportunity score (impact x ease / risk) and sort.
Mark anything on your never-delegate list.
Pick your top 3, with at most one high-risk task.
For each of the top 3, choose an autonomy rung and a tool (chat, Cowork or Claude Code).
Write a five-part brief for your number one task using the 4Ds cheat sheet.
