Module 8 · Project and quiz
One Revenue Playbook, End to End, Measured
Run one complete revenue playbook on your own business: lead, research, first contact, follow-up, proposal. Measure the hours it took before and after using the Before/After Hours Tracker.
1Before you change anything, record in the tracker how long each step of your current sales process takes per lead, for one real week.
2Pick five real leads and run the lead research playbook with your SDR researcher.
3Draft first contact messages with the copywriter, review them, and send them yourself.
4Run the follow-up playbook each morning for two weeks.
5For any lead that reaches a call, generate the proposal with your proposal skill and the reviewer.
6Record the time spent on each step with AI in the tracker, plus replies, calls and proposals sent.
7Calculate hours saved per week and the value of that time at your hourly rate.
