Use ← → to move. The marker highlights text and the pencil draws on the slide; navigation locks while you annotate. Undo removes the last mark, Esc exits.

1Days 1 to 30: stabilize

Fix what the capstone review exposed: duplicates, missing gates, skills with high rework. Finish the team rollout from Module 13. No new agents this month, only reliability. A stable foundation makes everything after it faster.

2Days 31 to 60: expand

Build the three next use cases you chose in Module 12. Add one department or process that is not covered yet. Measure each new item from its first week, using the same ROI method.

3Days 61 to 90: scale and systematize

Move the most valuable routines to run on schedule, release a new plugin version for the team, and document every process so a new hire could use it on day one. End with a full ROI update and your next results presentation.

4Draft the roadmap with Claude

Use the 90-Day Roadmap Template and let Claude fill a first version from your capstone files. Then cut it by a third. Most roadmaps fail because they are too ambitious, not too small.

Prompt for Claude
Using the 90-Day Roadmap Template, my capstone inventory, the AI ROI Calculator and my chosen next three use cases, draft my 90-day roadmap in three phases: stabilize, expand, scale. For each phase give three to five outcomes, an owner, a success metric and the risks. Keep it realistic for a business owner with about three hours a week for this.
5Book the reviews now

Put three 45 minute monthly reviews in your calendar today, plus a quarterly ROI review. In each one, compare actual against plan, update the ROI sheet and decide keep, fix or kill. A roadmap without review dates is a wish list.

The course ends today. Your AI department does not. Without a plan, the next 90 days look like this: a burst of energy, a busy month, a few skills that slowly go out of date, and a system that works a little less well each week.

A 90-day roadmap protects what you built and grows it on purpose. Three phases, one theme each, a short list of outcomes and a review at the end of every month.

Key points

  • Three phases: stabilize, expand, scale.
  • No new agents until the foundation is reliable.
  • Cut your first draft by a third.
  • Book the review dates before you leave this lesson.

Avoid

  • Starting month one with five new agents.
  • No owner or metric for each outcome.
  • Forgetting to maintain existing skills while building new ones.
  • Planning reviews "when there is time".
Real-world example: a roofing contractor

A roofing contractor's roadmap was simple. Month one: fix the quoting skill's pricing errors and train the whole office. Month two: add supplier ordering and a customer review request routine. Month three: schedule the weekly job profitability report and package everything in an internal plugin for a second branch. Each month ended with a one-hour review with the office manager, and the second branch was running the same system by day 90.
