Module 7 · Project and quiz
Your Agentic Org Chart and First Team Workflow
Design your company's agentic org chart and create three to five subagents from it. Then run one real workflow that uses at least three of them, with the reviewer as the last step.
1List your recurring tasks from your Weekly Time Map and mark each as human only, agent drafts and human approves, or agent alone.
2Fill the Agentic Org Chart Worksheet, with a human owner for every agent role.
3Create three to five subagents with /agents, starting from the example files in the materials (SDR researcher, copywriter, data analyst, reviewer).
4Restrict each subagent's tools to what its role needs.
5Run one real workflow using at least three of them, for example: researcher finds five leads, copywriter drafts outreach, reviewer checks it.
6Tune each agent with one sentence per recurring mistake.
7Share the worksheet with your team and store the agents folder with the project.
Deliverable
