Module 2 · Project and quiz
Your Company Workspace, Ready to Work
Set up your working environment end to end: plan chosen, Cowork tried, Claude Code installed and verified, and a clean Company folder with one subfolder per department. Finish with your first conversation with Claude Code, saved as a file in the workspace.
1Choose your plan and run the break-even prompt with your Time Map numbers.
2Complete one Cowork task on a practice folder of copied files.
3Install Claude Code on your computer and confirm it with claude --version and claude doctor.
4Create a Company folder with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations subfolders.
5Start Claude Code inside the Company folder and ask it to write a README.md explaining each subfolder.
6Ask Claude to save a short summary of your first conversation as first-session.md in the workspace.
7Save the Terminal in 10 Commands cheat sheet and the troubleshooting guide in the Company folder.
